Products and brand names

Product names and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used for identification. Tidlon is not sponsored, endorsed by or affiliated with a listed brand unless expressly stated. We aim to keep sizes, descriptions, images, availability and prices accurate. Manufacturer packaging may change without notice.

Prices and payment

Prices are displayed in Indian rupees and the price shown at checkout is the price charged. Standard delivery is free; any exceptional charge must be shown before purchase. Payments are processed by the payment methods displayed at checkout. We do not store complete card credentials.

Orders

An order is subject to payment confirmation, stock availability and acceptance. If an item cannot be supplied, the customer will be contacted and any captured payment for that item will be refunded.

Shipping, cancellations and returns

Delivery is currently limited to India. The Shipping Policy and Cancellation, Return, Refund & Exchange Policy form part of these terms and are available in the footer before checkout.

Acceptable use

You must provide accurate order information and may not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access or use the service for unlawful activity.

Liability and governing law

Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot be excluded under Indian law. Subject to those rights, liability relating to an order is limited to the amount paid for the affected product. These terms are governed by Indian law and disputes are subject to the competent courts in Nagpur, Maharashtra.
