Where we deliver

Tidlon currently accepts and delivers orders only within India. International delivery is not offered.

Charges

Standard shipping is free for prepaid and eligible cash-on-delivery orders. Any exceptional charge will be displayed before the customer places the order; no delivery fee is added after purchase.

Processing and delivery

Orders are normally processed within 0–1 business day after confirmation. Orders placed before 2:00 PM IST may be processed the same day. Estimated delivery is 3–5 business days after dispatch, although remote locations, public holidays, weather and courier disruption can take longer.

Tracking and address changes

Tracking information is sent by email or SMS after dispatch. Address changes can be requested before dispatch by contacting support. We cannot guarantee changes after a parcel has entered the courier network.
