Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled within 6 hours of placing the order.
To cancel an order, please contact us with your order details.
If the cancellation request is approved within this time, a full refund will be processed to the original payment method.
No payment gateway charges or hidden deductions will be applied.
Exchange Policy
Customers can request an exchange within 3 days of delivery if they wish to replace the product with another item.
Conditions for exchange:
Product must be unused and in original packaging
Product must include the original invoice
Request must be made within 3 days of delivery
Reverse Pickup:
If available, we will arrange pickup from your address.
If not available, customers may ship the product to our address after contacting support.
Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:
Contact us within 2 Days of delivery
Share clear photos of the product and packaging
After verification, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost
Non-Exchangeable Items
Exchange requests will not be accepted if:
The fragrance bottle has been opened or used
The product is damaged after delivery
Refund Policy
Refunds are applicable only in the following cases:
