Cancellation, Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

At Tidlon, we are committed to providing a smooth and transparent shopping experience. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.


Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 6 hours of placing the order.

  • To cancel an order, please contact us with your order details.

  If the cancellation request is approved within this time, a full refund will be processed to the original payment method.

 No payment gateway charges or hidden deductions will be applied.


Exchange Policy

Customers can request an exchange within 3 days of delivery if they wish to replace the product with another item.

Conditions for exchange:

  • Product must be unused and in original packaging

  • Product must include the original invoice

  • Request must be made within 3 days of delivery

Reverse Pickup:

  • If available, we will arrange pickup from your address.

  • If not available, customers may ship the product to our address after contacting support.


Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:

  • Contact us within 2 Days of delivery

  • Share clear photos of the product and packaging

After verification, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost


Non-Exchangeable Items

Exchange requests will not be accepted if:

  • The fragrance bottle has been opened or used

  • The product is damaged after delivery


Refund Policy

Refunds are applicable only in the following cases:

  • Order cancelled within 6 hours

  • Product received is damaged or defective

  • Incorrect product delivered

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval.
